Major Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audit testing in accordance with the audit program’s comprehensive plan.
- To guarantee that internal audit criteria, methodology, and reporting techniques are understood and accepted by business unit and headquarters staff, establish strong rapport and business ties.
- Determine, formulate, and record audit concerns and suggestions based on your own independent assessment of the areas under inspection.
- Utilizing the audit reporting procedure, deliver informative results.
- To improve the level of assurance, the caliber of the insight, and the effectiveness of our audits, include data analytics into the audit process. Make suggestions and put them into practice to enhance the Internal Audit Department.
Eligibility and Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, law, business administration, or a similar field.
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA, CIA, CA
- Working familiarity with the Sarbanes-Oxley internal control standards.
- Three to five years’ worth of experience in internal or external auditing, or equivalent experience in the services sector.
- Proficiency with technology audits is beneficial.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, negotiation, and dispute resolution abilities in English are necessary to communicate with top management in an efficient manner.
- The capacity for independent, creative, and analytical thought.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities as well as the capacity to work with people at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of data analytics (scoping, providing, and/or consuming), for example, with QlikSense or PowerBI tools.
