Responsibilities

  • Entering all epidemiological data into the designated databases, generating the necessary reports, and supplying the data for project development.
  • Confirming that all information entered has been approved and that the necessary paperwork (treatment monitoring, patient records, etc.) has been received. ensuring the prompt and effective completion of all data entering procedures.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information gathered and input into databases. being in charge of making sure database quality control queries are followed up on, as well as that data entering problems are found and corrected. Any irregularities in the database should be reported right away to the supervisor.
  • Completing paperwork in compliance with MSF guidelines
  • Work together with the data supervisor and the PMR to strengthen their capacity in terms of patient registration, form completion, clarification of questions, obtaining missing data, error correction, and maintaining an adequate supply of the necessary hardcopy data collection forms.
  • Helping to prepare and compile routine reports and giving medical and laboratory teams thorough information on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the needs of the patient’s treatment.
  • Make certain that every health facility sponsored by MSF submits high-quality data on a weekly basis.
  • Work together with the MoH data officer to guarantee the accuracy of the data gathered.
  • Aid in the data collection process for every facility that MSF supports.

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Education: Higher education that has demonstrated computer literacy is necessary; a degree in data management, information technology (IT), or mathematics is preferred.
  • Experience: At least two years of data entry and analytical work experience.
