To oversee, direct, and assist the NMB Bank’s change management process in order to meet and beyond business and customer objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and implement a bank-wide system change management strategy.
- Organize and offer your subject-matter knowledge opinion on how suggested changes would affect technology and business.
- Independently evaluate any risks connected to the suggested modifications and create plans to reduce them.
- Obtain approval from the relevant Change Authority (Change stakeholders) for any submitted change requests.
- Assist with the development of change test scripts and findings, and make sure change stakeholders have given their approval.
- Organize, oversee, and report any deviations from the planned adjustments in a timely manner.
- To ensure successful implementation, do a post-implementation evaluation of the changes and identify any external repercussions or new requirements.
Eligibility and Requirements
- A degree in computer engineering or computer science
- Certifications in project and change management.
- Three years of project or change management experience.
- Familiarity with the goods, services, and operations of banks
- Strong familiarity with ITIL procedures and background in managing change, incidents, and problems—ideally in a controlled setting
- Extensive knowledge of IT applications and infrastructure
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Both time management and leadership abilities.
