  • Logging interactions and updating customer databases will help you keep accurate customer records.
  • Share information and thoughts with other team members to enhance performance as a unit.

Qualifications

  • A high school degree or its equivalent
  • A minimum of one year’s experience working in a customer service or call center.
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication abilities.
  • The capacity to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and multitask.
  • Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with call center hardware and software.
