Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales strategy to meet business objectives and grow the clientele.
- To improve the sales team’s abilities and output, offer them coaching, training, and leadership.
- To find areas that need improvement, monitor and evaluate sales performance indicators.
- Create and preserve enduring, solid relationships with your customers.
- To find new business prospects and comprehend market trends, conduct market research.
- Provide precise sales projections and efficiently oversee the sales budget.
- Make sure that all sales efforts abide with the regulations and business rules.
Eligibility and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as risk management or insurance.
- Two years minimum of experience selling health insurance, ideally in the insurance sector.
- Shown history of surpassing sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Capacity to establish and preserve solid bonds with clients and coworkers.
