The role of the Accounting Specialist will involve overseeing diverse accounting duties, guaranteeing precise financial documentation, and providing assistance to Sunda International’s financial operations. A meticulous person with great analytical abilities and a solid grasp of accounting principles is needed for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Keep up-to-date financial records, such as journals, ledgers, and accounts payable and receivable.
Create and handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial paperwork.
To guarantee accuracy and compliance, reconcile bank statements and keep an eye on corporate accounts.
aid in the creation of budgets, reports, and financial accounts.
Hold closings on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Make sure that local, state, and federal financial requirements, as well as company policies, are followed.
Assist internal and external auditors with the required data and documentation.
Examine financial data to find patterns, differences, and areas that could use improvement.
Work together with other departments to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting.
Manage the processing of payroll and associated tasks.
Assist with filing and preparing taxes.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline.
A minimum of one year’s experience in an accounting-related position.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and accounting applications, such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks.
Strong familiarity with rules, best practices, and accounting principles.
