Responsibilities
- Increase account profitability by persuading bank clients to purchase additional goods and services.
- Encourage consumers’ accounts to be collected so that they can be utilized for FX and other enterprises.
- Determine and cultivate connections with conglomerate banks.
- Throughout the credit application and availment process, make sure all necessary paperwork is in order.
- Find and keep an eye on long-term assets or facilities owned by consumers.
- Address daily requests and grievances from clients in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Create performance reports and statistics on a weekly and monthly basis for the management.
- Keep a close eye on your clients’ primary accounts.
- Where appropriate, reconcile any transactions on consumers’ accounts.
- Take the necessary steps to reclaim non-performing credit facilities.
- Keep an extensive database of operating records for clients, including information about current and potential clients.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as delegated by the Corporate Banking Head.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Three years minimum of experience in marketing and relationship management
- Experience with credit.
