Major Responsibilities
- Taking part in the sizing of systems and projects and creating flowcharts and algorithms
- Generating orderly, effective code in accordance with standards
- Combining third-party apps and software components
- Confirming and implementing systems and programs
- Debugging, troubleshooting, and updating current software
- Examining information requirements and speaking with users examining work procedures, data use, and system flow; looking into potential issues
- Assessing impact analysis, problem definition, user needs, suggested solutions, and effort requirements in order to determine operational viability
- Clearly stating and illustrating pseudo-codes, flowcharts, layouts, graphs, and charts; also include code comments
- Creating and carrying out testing schedules and protocols in accordance with system requirements
- Keeping up with the latest developments in programming, hardware, and development tools for the workplace
- Obtaining and assessing user opinions
- Suggesting and carrying out changes.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Experience: three plus years of mobile application and software development experience.
- Degree in education: a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a similar discipline.
- As an added benefit, Agile/Scrum certification.
- A benefit is having prior experience integrating Banks systems and/or products.
- knowledge of multiple object-relational mapping (ORM) frameworks and databases.
- familiarity with automation build and release pipelines, continuous integration and delivery/deployment (CI/CD), and other tools and procedures used in development operations (DevOps).
- Design patterns, thinking, and well-written, clean code are examples of principles, patterns, and practices in software design.
