The administrative intern will help Power Providers Company Limited with routine administrative duties. The primary tasks and obligations that the intern will perform are listed below.
Major Responsibilities
- Make sure all the data is current and update the template for the maintenance contract.
- When the maintenance contract is about to expire, make a maintenance cost sheet for each client and collaborate with accounts to generate the proforma invoice.
- Work with the operations team to schedule the necessary maintenance.
- Follow up with the clients on payments and renewals of maintenance contracts.
- Carrying out administrative duties like copying, filing, and scanning documents into an electronic system
- Coordinating executive travel, including airline reservations, hotel reservations, and ground transportation arrangements
- Creating ideas for social media campaigns and keeping an eye on different social media channels to support marketing activities.
Eligibility and Requirements
- A diploma in human resources, business administration, or a similar discipline
- Organized, careful, and conscientious
- Thrives in a setting that moves quickly and is always changing.
- Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
- Possesses a keen eye for detail
- Is trustworthy and accountable
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Docs is ideal.
